"The initial run of the trailer was pretty much a complete success! On July 4 frozen pollack and fries were served throughout the day without a hitch. The fryers performed flawlessly with impressive recovery allowing for short cook times. The vent hood was very effective and we lucked out with a mild temperature day so working in the trailer was easy. The layout was good for work flow. The placement of the refrigerator and freezer was perfect and they performed great; surprising amount of room in them.
Overall the trailer exceeded expectations. The build quality of the trailer and the equipment is very good. We are thoroughly impressed with your product."
